*Chisel out your hinge mortise corner as usual, and then place this self aligning chisel against each mortise corner. Hammering the spring-loaded chisel shaft once to cut a perfect 90 degree corner for a perfect -fitting hinge plate. It is faster and more precise than a regular chisel.

* Cutting edge : 3/8" ( 9.50 mm ).

*Max.working depth : 5/8" ( 16 mm )
